Alright, guys, I’m back again to talk about this Genesect in Pokemon Go. A few days ago, I caught a Genesect after a raid, level 20 with 1916 CP. Not bad, huh? Then I spent a few days figuring out the best way to use this beast. You know, it’s a Bug/Steel type Pokemon, which is pretty cool.
First thing I did was check out its stats. This thing’s got some serious offensive power, but it’s kinda weak on defense. Like, don’t expect it to take too many hits. So, I wanted to make sure I maximized its attack potential. After a bunch of battles and testing, I realized the best moveset for my Genesect is Metal Claw and Magnet Bomb. It’s just a killer combo, dealing a solid 15.38 damage per second. I mean, that’s some serious damage!

Powering Up: First, I powered up my Genesect as much as I could. More power, more damage, right?

Choosing the Moves: I went through all the moves it could learn. It has like four Charge Attacks – Hyper Beam, Magnet Bomb, X-Scissor, and Techno Blast. Pretty neat options there. I tested all of them, and you can really see the difference.

Battling: Then I threw it into a bunch of battles. I tried different combinations, seeing what worked best against different types of Pokemon. It was a whole lot of trial and error, but it was kinda fun, to be honest.
Here’s what I did:
I found that Metal Claw and Magnet Bomb just shred through opponents. With its high attack stat, this combo is super effective. Sure, it’s not the best for defense, but who cares when you can dish out damage like this? After a few days, I even managed to get a weather-boosted encounter, and bam, its CP shot up to 2395! That’s level 25, baby!
So yeah, if you’ve got a Genesect, try out this moveset. You won’t be disappointed. Just remember, it’s all about that offense. Keep it attacking, and you’ll see some great results. This is my experience with it, and I hope it helps you guys out too. Trust me, it’s worth the effort!
