Alright, so today I wanted to dig into something that’s been bugging me with Apex Legends – the match history. You know, how sometimes you have those killer games and you want to go back and look at how you did? Or maybe the opposite, and you want to see where things went wrong? Well, Apex Legends, as awesome as it is, doesn’t really have a built-in way to check your full match history. Bummer, right?
So, I started looking into it. First, I launched the game, poked around all the menus and settings. Nothing. No match history to be found anywhere. It’s like the game wants you to forget your past, both the good and the bad. But I’m not one to give up that easily.

Next, I hit the web. I figured, “Hey, there’s gotta be some way to track this stuff, right?” And that’s when I started finding mentions of third-party websites. Apparently, these sites can track your Apex stats, including your match history. I was intrigued. It seemed like a possible workaround.
I checked out a few of these sites. They all seemed to offer similar features: you put in your username, and they somehow pull up your stats. Some of them even let you compare your stats with other players. Kinda cool, but also a bit overwhelming with all the numbers.
I tried one of these trackers, and it actually worked! It showed me some of my recent matches, with info like kills, damage, and who I was playing as. It wasn’t super detailed, but it was better than nothing. I guess it’s pulling the data from the game’s servers somehow.
Then I stumbled upon something about a desktop app for PC players. Apparently, this app can give you even more detailed match history, right on their website. That sounded pretty neat, but I’m a console player, so it was a no-go for me.
I also found some posts talking about a “match summary screenshot” tool. The idea is that you take screenshots of your match summaries in the game, and this tool somehow analyzes them to give you stats. It sounded a bit clunky, but hey, I was willing to try anything.
I spent some time taking screenshots after each match and uploading them to this tool. It did give me some stats, but it felt like a lot of work for not much gain. Plus, I kept forgetting to take the screenshots, so there were gaps in my “history.”
So, here’s the thing: while there’s no easy way to check your full match history in Apex Legends, these third-party trackers do offer a decent alternative. They’re not perfect, and the level of detail can vary, but they can give you a general idea of how you’ve been performing. If you are willing to put the time to make screenshots it can also work.
Here’s what I found:
- In-Game Feature: Nope, doesn’t exist.
- Third-Party Websites: They work, to an extent.
- Desktop App: Great for PC players, not so much for console.
- Screenshot Tool: Clunky, but it’s something.
I guess we’ll have to wait and see if the developers ever add a proper match history feature to Apex Legends. Until then, these workarounds will have to do. It’s not ideal, but hey, at least we can get some insight into our gameplay. And who knows, maybe seeing those stats will even help us improve. Or at least, that’s what I’m telling myself.
I’ll keep messing around with these trackers and see if I find any other cool tricks. If I do, you know I’ll be back to share them. Until then, keep on fragging, Legends!
