Then there was this other thing, the SBC Year in Review Player Pick, which was only around for 7 days. The end date was January 2nd. I was on it every day! I wanted those special cards. It was a whole thing with Squad Building Challenges. I was looking up guides, and trying to figure out the cheapest way to get those high-rated squads. I saw that there is a “84+ Player Pick” challenge that helped me improve my team. I put a lot of effort to do the “84+ Player Pick” challenge every day when I log in. Also, there was a “93+ PTG Team 1, MYM or MYM Plus Player Pick” challenge that I could not miss.
Mode Mastery Madness
I also spent a bunch of time in this “Mode Mastery” thing. I had to learn all these different strategies and complete a bunch of challenges to unlock some really good players. It was a grind, but totally worth it.
Icon Player Pick
Oh, and don’t even get me started on the Icon player pick SBC. That thing was repeatable for a week and required two 87-rated squads. I was pulling my hair out trying to get those. But you know what? I also started doing the daily login SBC, which gave me an 83+ 2 pack every day. It was small, but it helped.
In the end, it took a lot of trial and error, a lot of frustration, but also a lot of fun. This whole FIFA 24 Player Pick thing, it’s not as easy as it looks. But if you put in the time, pay attention to the details, and don’t just chase the highest-rated players, you can actually build a pretty awesome team.
