Okay, so, “apex titties.” Yeah, that’s what I was messing with today. Sounds crazy, right? But hear me out.
It all started this morning. I was playing some Apex Legends, as usual, grinding ranked, and I kept getting distracted. Not by the game, but… well, you know. The, uh, physics on some of the female characters. Specifically, the way their chests moved. Or, really, didn’t move in some cases. It just looked…off.

So I started digging. I figured, “Hey, I’m a bit of a tinkerer, I mess with game files sometimes, maybe there’s something I can do.” No, I’m not a professional modder or anything, just a guy who likes to poke around.
- First, I spent like, an hour just watching videos. Gameplay, character showcases, the whole nine yards. Just trying to see exactly what was bugging me.
- Then, I dove into the game files. This was the tricky part. I had to find the right files, figure out what controlled the…jiggle. Let’s call it jiggle.
- It was a maze of folders and weirdly named files. Took me a good while, and a lot of Googling, to even get a clue where to start. There are config files, and animation sets.
The “Experiment”
Eventually, I found something that looked promising. Some files related to character models and animations. I’m not gonna lie, I have no real idea what all the numbers and settings meant. But I figured, “Screw it, let’s experiment.”
I started by making backups. Always make backups. Don’t want to brick my game over some boob physics. Smart, right?
Then I took some numbers, the animation files, and…well, I tweaked them. I bumped some values up, lowered some others. Honestly, it was mostly guesswork. A little bit here, a little bit there. Like adjusting the bass on a stereo, but for… you get the idea.
After each tweak, I loaded up the game, checked out the results, and went back to tweaking. Rinse and repeat. It was a slow process. Sometimes nothing changed. Sometimes things got…weird. Like, really weird. Stretched polygons, clipping issues, the whole shebang. There was one point where Loba’s chest was basically inside out. Hilarious, but not what I was going for.
Did It Work?
After a few hours of this, and a lot of trial and error, I think I got something…better. It’s subtle, but I think it looks more natural now. Less stiff, more…responsive. I’m not saying it’s perfect, and I’m definitely not sharing any files – don’t want to get banned or anything – but it was a fun little project.
So, yeah, that’s how I spent my day. Messing with digital boob physics in Apex Legends. Don’t judge me. We all have our hobbies, right? And hey, at least I learned a little bit about game files and animations along the way. Maybe next time I’ll tackle…I don’t know, butt physics? Just kidding. Mostly.
