Hey everyone, it’s your boy back again with another gaming update. So, I’ve been diving deep into the whole “Call of Duty on Switch” thing lately, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. Buckle up, because I’m about to take you through my whole experience, step by step.
First off, I heard some rumors flying around that Microsoft and Nintendo were shaking hands, and Call of Duty might actually hit the Switch. I thought, “No way, that’s too good to be true!” But guess what? Turns out it’s legit! They made some 10-year deal back in February 2023, and Call of Duty is coming to Nintendo. Who would’ve thought?

So, naturally, I got super hyped. I started digging around for more info. Found out that Brad Smith, the big boss over at Microsoft, confirmed it himself on February 21. That’s when I knew it was real. I started marking my calendar, waiting for any news about release dates.
Then, I got wind of something even crazier – the Nintendo Switch 2. Apparently, it’s supposed to drop sometime before March 31, 2025. I’m thinking, “Man, if I can play Call of Duty on a brand new Switch, that’s gonna be insane!” I immediately started saving up, just in case.
While I was waiting, I decided to jump back into Call of Duty: Warzone. It has always been one of my favorite battle royale games. Hopping into those massive maps, trying to be the last one standing. I played solo, teamed up with some friends, and tried out all the limited-time modes they threw at us throughout the year. That’s when I realized how awesome it would be to do this on the Switch, especially on the go.
And then, I stumbled upon some gossip about the 2025 Call of Duty game. Word on the street is that it’s gonna be a Black Ops 2 sequel, taking us back to the future. I’m a huge Black Ops fan, so this got me even more excited. I spent hours discussing theories with my buddies online, imagining what new features and storylines they might introduce.
Now, according to some info I found from Charlie Intel, Microsoft is planning to release new Call of Duty titles on Nintendo platforms on the same day as Xbox. This means we won’t have to wait longer than our Xbox buddies to get our hands on the latest games. How cool is that?
- I kept checking for updates every day.
- I watched every related video.
- I read all the articles I could find.
It’s been a journey, from hearing those initial rumors to getting hyped about the possibilities. Playing Warzone again really got me in the mood, and the news about the Black Ops 2 sequel just added fuel to the fire. I’m counting down the days until we can finally play Call of Duty on the Switch. It’s gonna be epic, and I can’t wait to share more updates with you all as soon as I get them.
Stay tuned, folks. It’s gonna be one heck of a ride!
