Hey everyone, welcome back to my blog! Today, I want to share my experience of trying to get a good Galarian Stunfisk in Pokemon GO. It’s been quite a journey, and I’ve learned a lot along the way. So, let’s dive into it!
First off, I started grinding to get my hands on a Galarian Stunfisk. I hatched a bunch of eggs and did a lot of trades, especially lucky trades. My goal was to get that perfect 15/15/15 IV spread. It wasn’t easy, to be honest. I went through a ton of trades and hatches, and honestly, it got pretty tiring. But hey, that’s the grind, right?

Finding the Right Moves
After finally getting a decent Galarian Stunfisk, I started to figure out the best moves for it. From what I experienced, Metal Claw and Earthquake seem to be the way to go for damage. I mean, it deals about 9.81 damage per second, which is pretty sweet. But if you’re into the whole type-matching thing, Metal Claw with Flash Cannon is also a solid choice. I did try out Mud Shot and Earthquake too, which is good if you want to use it as a Ground-type attacker. I messed around with Muddy Water, but it felt more like a PvP thing.
- Metal Claw and Earthquake: Great for overall damage.
- Metal Claw and Flash Cannon: Good for type-matching.
- Mud Shot and Earthquake: Decent for a Ground-type role.
- Muddy Water: Seems best for PvP.
Getting into PvP
Now, let’s talk about battles. I used Galarian Stunfisk in the GO Battle League, and man, it’s a beast! It can take a lot of hits and has some really strong charge moves. It feels like a better version of Registeel, to be honest. I found that you can pretty much throw it into any team, and it does well. It’s super versatile, which is why I think it’s so popular right now.
Checking Matchups
I also spent some time looking into how Galarian Stunfisk does against other common Pokemon in the Great League. I checked out some matchups, and it holds up pretty well. It’s got a lot of resistances, which really helps. I won’t go into all the details here, but trust me, it’s a solid choice for your team.
So, that’s my experience with Galarian Stunfisk in Pokemon GO. It’s been a grind, but totally worth it. If you’re looking to get into the GO Battle League or just want a strong Pokemon, I’d definitely recommend trying to get a good Galarian Stunfisk. Hope this was helpful, and happy hunting, everyone!
