Man, let me tell you about my time with Marvel Snap’s Conquest mode. So, I jumped into this thing, thinking it would be a chill way to snag some cool rewards. It all started with the Proving Grounds. Easy peasy, right? I breezed through those initial matches, feeling pretty good about myself.
Then, I hit Silver. Things started to get a bit more challenging. I was winning, losing, and grinding those medals. I even managed to grab a few of those entry tickets. I noticed that unspent tickets would convert to their entry reward medal equivalent at the end of the season, so I tried to use as many as I could.
Gold was a whole other beast. Every match was a nail-biter. I was sweating bullets, trying to outsmart my opponents. I remember one match where I was down to my last card and somehow pulled off a miracle win. Felt like a god for a minute there.
Throughout this whole process, I was also keeping an eye on the shop. They have some sweet variants in there. But here’s the thing, I realized the real prize was those rare Series 4 and 5 cards. I learned that they’re super hard to get, with only a 25% chance of getting a Series 3 card in Collector’s Reserves. I figured if I really wanted cards, I should spend my medals on tokens. But if I just wanted cool cosmetics I should go for the cool variants, at the end I thought that it is my own choice to spend it however I want.
- I tried hard to get to 60 medals. The free variant was calling my name.
- Then, I pushed for 90 to grab that gold reward. It was tough, but I did it.
In the end, I didn’t make it to the final challenge, but hey, I still walked away with some decent loot. And those boosters? They came in handy for upgrading my cards. 8.35% boosters rate for each medal.
My Takeaway
Conquest mode is a wild ride. It’s fun, it’s frustrating, but it’s definitely rewarding if you’re willing to put in the effort. Also, I found some of the strongest cards like The Infinaut, Destroyer, and Red Skull. They are pretty strong. Just remember to use those tickets before the season ends, or they’ll just turn into measly boosters! And don’t get too hung up on winning every match. Just enjoy the game, and the rewards will come. I’ll definitely be back for more next season, that’s for sure. I think the rewards should be increased by 50% in the future. It cost less than the medals last two seasons.
