So, first off, I noticed my universal storage was just… gone. Vanished. Poof. All the stuff I had in there, like daily login rewards and some other bits and bobs with no time limit, were nowhere to be found. I was pretty confused, to be honest. I hadn’t claimed anything, so it wasn’t like I accidentally moved them or something.
I started digging around, trying to find out what happened. I read some articles, but honestly, they were pretty useless. Most of them were just plain wrong. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
First, I jumped into the game and checked my regular storage. Nope, nothing there. Then I remembered reading something about the product inventory, that little icon to the left of the mail icon. I clicked on that, and bingo! There was a box with some of my stuff. It wasn’t everything, but it was a start.

I converted some of my gold to crystals because that’s what you need to buy more storage space. Then, I navigated to the Card Catalog, clicked on the “Enhance” tab, and scrolled all the way down. There it was – the option to buy more space for 30 blue crystals. I clicked “buy” and bought some extra space, hoping that would solve the problem.
