So, I’ve been messing around with this game, you know, just trying to collect stuff. And I got this idea: “What if I try to get all the M4A4 skins?” I mean, there are a ton of them in this game, right?
I started looking around online, just browsing through what was out there. And man, there’s a lot! You got your fancy ones, your simple ones, some that are just plain weird. Some of these skins are actually pretty pricey, like, way more than I thought they’d be. Like this one, the M4A4 Howl. It’s got this cool red and black thing going on with a wolf on it, but it costs thousands of dollars! Can you believe that? It seems it got into some controversy stuff, but that’s not my problem.

I spent hours looking at these skins, checking out their prices, and figuring out which ones are rare and which ones everyone has. There’s even this thing called “inspect links” that lets you see the skin in more detail. It’s like a whole new world for me, man.
Then I found out about this CS:GO/CS2 server where you can test out skins. You just join the server and use a command with an inspect link. And you can get these links from some website called FloatDatabase or even from other players’ inventories on Steam. It’s pretty neat, being able to try out a skin before you decide if you want it.
But yeah, I’m not made of money, so I had to figure out which ones I really wanted. Turns out, the most expensive skin in the game is this thing called the “Factory New souvenir AWP Dragonlore.” It can go for like $40,000 or something crazy like that! I guess you can only get these “souvenir” skins during some big tournament thing that happens a few times a year. Too rich for my blood, that’s for sure.
- Started browsing all the M4A4 skins online.
- Looked up prices, rarity, and other info about each skin.
- Found a server where I could test out the skins before getting them.
- Realized some skins are way too expensive, like, tens of thousands of dollars!
Anyway, I did manage to grab a few skins that I liked. Nothing too fancy, but they look cool enough for me. And the best part? Once you get a skin, it’s yours for good. It doesn’t wear out or anything. I mean, I read that online, in some forums. So that’s a relief. It was a fun little project, trying to collect all these M4A4 skins. I learned a lot, and now I have a bunch of cool-looking guns in the game. What more could a guy ask for?
My process
Basically, I just went online, looked at all the skins, tried some out on a server, and then got the ones I liked. It wasn’t too complicated, really. I had a good time, and I wanted to share. I think everyone should try this, just because it’s kinda fun.
There are other expensive and cool skins like AWP, I am thinking of collecting them too, or maybe just some of them, but I don’t know. I need more money for that.
Well, that’s all from me for now. See ya.
