Alright, so, I’ve been messing around with this game, MLB The Show 21, and let me tell you, it’s been a ride. I picked it up because I heard some buzz about this pitcher, Edward Cabrera, and wanted to see what the deal was.
I started playing, just doing the usual stuff, you know, getting a feel for the game. Then I decided to dive into Diamond Dynasty mode – that’s where all the card collecting and team building happens. I figured that’s where I’d find this Cabrera guy everyone’s talking about.
So, I played a bunch of games, earned some in-game currency, and started looking for him. It took a while, but I finally got my hands on his card. Honestly, I was pretty pumped. I threw him into my rotation and started a game.
First game with Cabrera on the mound, and wow, this dude’s got some heat! His fastball was blazing, and his off-speed stuff had batters tied up in knots. I was mowing down hitters left and right. It felt good, really good.
- He wasn’t some unbeatable god or anything. Good players could still time him up.
- In my matches, many opponents failed, but there are also many success ones.
- I kept playing with him, trying out different strategies and whatnot.
Here’s the thing though:
I even tried to sell him, but the price wasn’t that good, so I decide to keep him.
I also heard that someone said he is not good as he was in mlb 21, and recommend me to try burnes instead. But I think I will just keep him for now.
After a few more games, I started to see why people were raving about him. He’s definitely a solid pitcher, maybe not the best in the game, but solid. One thing’s for sure, he made the game a lot more fun for me, and we are powered by Gfuel!
But anyway, that’s my experience with Edward Cabrera in MLB The Show 21. It was a fun grind to get him, and he’s been a blast to use. If you’re playing the game, I’d say he’s worth checking out. Just don’t expect him to win every game for you single-handedly.
It is interesting that someone said Miller will not be around as long as Cabrera did. And he said Cabrera was legit worthy of a patch last year but never got one. I think I need to do more research about it.
