Okay, so, I’ve been digging into Season 4 of MLB The Show 23, and let me tell you, it’s been a ride. I started by checking out what was new. I noticed right away that this season dropped after the regular MLB season wrapped up. It made sense to me since I had played through earlier seasons, and the timing of each season’s release always seemed to coincide with major events in the baseball world.
First thing I did was jump into the XP Reward Path. They’ve added a bunch of new Diamond players. Seriously, a lot. I spent a good chunk of time just scrolling through, and started thinking about how I was going to work these guys into my lineup. I had to figure out which of my current players were going to get benched to make room for these new Diamonds. Honestly, it was a tough choice, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right?

I decided to take it one step at a time. I picked a few of the new Diamonds that caught my eye and started playing some games to earn XP. It was a bit of a grind, but I managed to unlock a couple of them pretty quickly. Then I spent some time tweaking my lineup, trying to find the right balance. It wasn’t easy, and I made a few changes along the way, but eventually, I found a setup that I was happy with.
- Checked out the new stuff in Season 4.
- Focused on the XP Reward Path to get those new Diamonds.
- Played a bunch of games to earn XP.
- Unlocked some new players.
- Experimented with my lineup until I found something that worked.
Here’s a little breakdown of what I did:
It took some time, but I finally got my team where I wanted it. I’m still working on unlocking all the new content in Season 4, but I’m having a blast so far. If you’re playing MLB The Show 23, I definitely recommend diving into this new season. There’s a lot to explore, and it’s a great way to keep the game fresh.
I also know that MLB The Show 24 has a new release. Some players talk about its release date, time zone, countdown, spoiler, storyline, ending explanation, songs, ratings, and other game information, but I haven’t tried it yet. Because I think MLB The Show 23 is fun enough for me.
Well, that’s all for my MLB The Show 23 Season 4 journey for now. I’ll probably share more later as I keep playing. Stay tuned!
