Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “Mbappe Team of the Season” card in FC24 Ultimate Team, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride.
First off, I snagged this card because, well, it’s Mbappe. He plays for Paris Saint-Germain, and this is apparently his special Team of the Season Gold card. I mean, who wouldn’t want a souped-up version of one of the best strikers in the world, right?
I started using him in some squad battles, just to get a feel for the card. And wow, the guy is fast. I mean, really, really fast. I started him by running down the wing, and he just blew past defenders like they were standing still. Seriously, it was like watching a highlight reel in real-time.
- I started a match and, first play, I tried a through ball. Boom, Mbappe was gone, and it was an easy goal. I was like, “Okay, this is going to be fun.”
- Then, I tried a few skill moves. Now, I’m not the best at these, but even I could pull off some fancy footwork with this card. He just felt so smooth and responsive.
- After playing a few games, I realized, this card is pretty much a cheat code. I started scoring goals from ridiculous angles, and my win rate went through the roof.
I took him into some online matches, and it was more of the same. I was just dominating. I even got a few rage quits, which, I’m not going to lie, is pretty satisfying.
I remember this one game, I was down by a goal with like, 10 minutes left. I subbed in Mbappe, and he scored a hat-trick in the last 5 minutes. It was insane! The other guy must’ve been throwing his controller across the room.
But, it’s not just about the goals. I’ve started using him to set up plays, too. His passing is surprisingly good, and he’s strong enough to hold off defenders while I get other players into position.
So, after a couple of weeks of using this Mbappe card, I’ve got to say, it’s definitely worth the hype. I’ve gone from an average player to actually winning consistently. I know it is just a game, but this card is just way too overpowered.
If you can get your hands on this card, do it. You won’t regret it. Just be prepared to feel a little bit guilty for how easily you’ll be winning. Even the coach of Real Madrid said this guy is the best striker currently, and I can see why now.
