So, I’ve been hooked on this Pokémon GO thing for a while now, and I gotta say, it’s been a wild ride. Today, I wanted to share my experience with trying to get this one Pokémon called Persian. Yeah, I know, sounds kinda fancy, right?
First off, I learned that this Persian isn’t just your regular, run-of-the-mill Pokémon. It’s got these special forms called “Region Forms.” What I found out is these forms are a real pain to get because they’re only in these 7km Eggs. Walking 7 kilometers for an egg, that’s so long! But hey, gotta do what you gotta do for the ‘gram, am I right?
I spent a whole afternoon just walking around my neighborhood, trying to hatch these eggs. My phone’s pedometer probably thought I was training for a marathon or something.
Now, here’s where it gets interesting. Turns out, there’s also this Alolan version of Persian. Who knew, right? Apparently, you gotta evolve this Pokémon called Alolan Meowth to get it. I had a bunch of regular Meowths, but no Alolan ones. Go figure.
Anyways, I finally found out that I can check out Persian’s info in the Pokédex. Apparently, it’s entry number 053, and it’s a Normal Type Pokémon. And this thing evolves from Meowth, which I already knew. But here’s the cool part – it’s got these six big whiskers that make it look super tough. It says here that these whiskers can sense air movements. Pretty neat, huh?
- Step 1: Kept walking and hatching those 7km Eggs.
- Step 2: No luck with regular Persian yet.
- Step 3: Started hunting for Alolan Meowth instead.
- Step 4: Found a few, but they needed tons of candy to evolve.
- Step 5: Finally got enough candy after what felt like an eternity.
- Step 6: Evolved that Alolan Meowth into Alolan Persian!
So, yeah, that’s my story about trying to catch Persian in Pokémon GO. It was a bit of a grind, but hey, at least I got a cool-looking Alolan Persian out of it. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got more Pokémon to catch. Gotta catch ’em all, right?
