Man, let’s talk about this Fortnite skin, the Assault Trooper. I’ve been trying to get my hands on it for a while now, and it’s been a real journey, let me tell you.
So, first off, I started by checking the Item Shop every single day. I mean, every single day. I’d wake up, grab my phone, and the first thing I’d do is see if the Assault Trooper was there. It’s an Uncommon Outfit, so it’s not like it’s super rare, but it’s not always available either. They say it costs 800 V-Bucks, which isn’t too bad, I guess.
I kept this up for weeks. I even started looking at the Alixxa’s Locker Bundle, thinking maybe I could snag it that way. But no luck. The bundle wasn’t showing up either. It was frustrating, to say the least. I mean i start to doubt if this skin really exist.
Then, I started digging around online. I found some info saying it was introduced way back in Season 1. And get this, apparently, it was last seen on October 18, 2024! That’s like, a while ago. But then it was spotted again even more recently, like on April 16, 2024, and then even March 29. It’s like this skin is playing hide-and-seek with me!

- Found out it was last seen on October 18, 2024, and later on April 16 and March 29.
- Realized it’s not always available.
I even started looking at these daily Item Shop rotations. They have these lists of what’s available each day. I found one from December 26, 2024, but guess what? No Assault Trooper. It’s like the universe is conspiring against me. I just keep searching and looking at the shop list, hoping it will show up one day.
I found out that this skin was added to the game on October 24, 2017. That’s a long time ago! It makes me wonder why it’s so hard to get now. You’d think they’d make it available more often, right? It has been a long time since it was added to the game. It should be easy to get now, I think.
The Wait Continues
So, yeah, that’s where I’m at. Still waiting, still checking the Item Shop every day. It’s become a part of my daily routine now. I really wish I could get this skin already. I am tired of waiting. Hopefully, my persistence will pay off eventually. But honestly, who knows when this skin will show up again? It’s a mystery. But I’m not giving up. I’ll get that Assault Trooper skin eventually. Just you wait and see.
