Okay, so let me tell you about this thing I’ve been diving into lately – getting those rare Revenant skins in Apex Legends. Man, it’s been a journey, let me tell you!
First off, I started by just playing the game, you know, the usual grind. I mean, Revenant has a ton of skins, and I was just hoping to stumble upon some of the rare ones by luck. I played a bunch of matches, did my best, but no luck. Those legendary skins, like the Egyptian Horus one, kept eluding me. I saw a lot of players sporting them, and I was super jealous. It was so awesome!
Then I started digging around online. Found out there are like, 84 skins for Revenant? Crazy, right? Only 3 of those are “Mythic,” and around 29 are “Legendary” – those are the ones I really wanted. There are also 12 “epic” ones. I even came across a forum where someone said “Revenant definitely has some of the best Rare+ Skins because his base model is amazing.” And you know what? They’re totally right! He looks so cool, even without the fancy skins.
So, I learned that some skins show up in the store sometimes. I started checking the store every day. It was a bit of a waiting game, but I was determined. I also found out that some skins were tied to events or certain seasons. Like, I saw this “Necro Nightmare” skin that someone mentioned online. They said it makes Revenant look like a “half-dead robotic werewolf.” How cool is that? Sadly, I missed out on that one.
I kept playing, kept checking the store. One day, I stumbled upon a skin that somebody online said that “The Gaze Eternal hands down is the best Rev skin and maybe the best skin in the game.” And guess what? I finally got it! I was so pumped! It felt like all that effort finally paid off.
Even though the “Reborn” update changed Revenant’s abilities a bit, making him a bit more selfish, it didn’t affect his skins. I still see people using him a lot, especially with his extended climbing ability. He’s still a cool character, and I’m happy I finally got my hands on some of his rarer skins. I’m still on the hunt for others, but for now, I’m pretty happy with what I’ve got.
It was for sure a long way, but in the end, the feeling when I finally got the rare skin that I wanted, it was great. This is just my experience. And I just want to share this with you guys, and maybe you can share your experience with me. I think that would be fun!
