Alright, folks, let me tell you about my recent grind in Madden 24, specifically diving into this whole “quicksell” thing. It all started when I was trying to beef up my Ultimate Team, you know, get some more coins to snag better players.
So, I started playing those Solo Battles, and let me tell you, it was a slog. But I was determined to rake in those coins. Along the way, I kept an eye on the daily and season objectives, ’cause those give you a nice little boost. I also tried messing around in the auction house, buying low and selling high, but that’s a whole different beast.

Then I stumbled upon this quicksell feature. Basically, you can trade in your player cards for coins. The better the player, the more coins you get. I had a bunch of lower-tier cards just collecting dust, so I figured, why not? I started quickselling like crazy. Most of those low-level cards, like, you know, the 70-77 overall guys, didn’t get me much. We’re talking 1 to 7 training points, which isn’t a whole lot.
But then I hit the Platinum cards. Now, these are the ones rated 78 to 86. Unlike those other cards I mentioned, you can quicksell these bad boys for actual coins, not just training points. The higher the rating, the more coins you get. I had a few 80-something overall players, and let me tell you, quickselling those felt pretty good. I started to see my coin balance going up, which was a relief after all that grinding.
- 70 OVR: Got me a measly 1 Training.
- 71 OVR: Bumped it up to 2 Training.
- 72 OVR: 3 Training, still not great.
- 73 OVR: 4 Training points.
- 74 OVR: Now we’re talking, 7 Training.
- 75 OVR and above: This is where it gets interesting with Platinum cards. Those coins started rolling in!
I even had a 92 and a 99 overall card, and those both quicksold for 10 training points each. It was wild! It felt like I had finally cracked the code. I also found out there are cards that can get you anywhere from 500 to 50,000 coins when you quicksell them. It’s all based on the player’s overall rating.
My Takeaway
So, after all that, I realized that quickselling, especially those Platinum cards, is a legit way to earn coins in Madden 24 Ultimate Team. It’s not the only way, of course, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind if you’re looking to build up your squad. Just remember to keep an eye on those player ratings, and don’t be afraid to part ways with those cards you’re not using. It might just pay off in the end!
