Okay, so I wanted to snag some property in New Atlantis. You know, set down some roots, have a place to hang my hat after all that space exploration. But here’s the kicker – you gotta be a UC citizen to buy property there. No problem, I thought, I’ll just do the UC Vanguard missions and bam, citizenship here I come.
Once I got that sorted, it was time to find this Aphelion Realty office. I landed in the MAST District, took the ramp up, and hung a left. I just followed the path towards that big memorial thing. And guess what? Right there, standing all by its lonesome, was the Aphelion Realty building. Couldn’t miss it. It’s a small building, and easy to find.

Here’s a little tip: If you’re ever lost, just fast travel to the MAST District station. From there, you head up the ramp and follow the path that goes diagonally to your left. It’ll take you straight to Aphelion Realty. And if you’re into getting a new look, there’s an “Enhance!” storefront right past the Infinity LTD lobby. Pretty cool, huh?
Now, this realty office, they’ve got a couple of properties. But let me tell you, it ain’t cheap. I heard some chatter about a penthouse in Neon going for 250k credits. I was sitting on 180k, just shy of that. Space living ain’t cheap, folks.
So, I walked in, ready to make a deal. And they’ve got two options for you to choose from, I just started the process, but I heard from some other guys that you can even turn one of the ship compartments into a, uh, “space whore.” Don’t ask me, I’m just repeating what I heard.
But yeah, that’s my adventure in trying to buy property in New Atlantis. Becoming a UC citizen, finding the realty office, and realizing that space real estate is a whole different ball game. Man, it’s a wild universe out there.
- Became a UC citizen.
- Found Aphelion Realty in the MAST District.
- Checked out the property options.
- Realized space real estate is expensive!
- Ship compartment into a … what?
A little summary of my experience.
I finally bought it. But before that, I experienced some financial stress. But it was worth it. It’s really tiring to live on a spaceship, and having a house can make people feel a lot more secure. I really recommend this to everyone!
