Now, when exactly does it start? Well, I hear it unlocks at 10 a.m. PDT, or if you’re somewhere else, like on the East Coast, it’s 1 p.m. EDT. Over in Europe, folks say it’s gonna be 6 p.m. BST. So, dependin’ on where you at, you might wanna set that alarm if you’re itchin’ to play. Don’t wanna miss out!
Now, I ain’t too good with them newfangled gadgets, but folks say this “Mortal Kombat 1” can be played on all sorts of devices. They got it for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and them computer folks can get it on Steam or that other store they call Epic Games. So, no matter what kinda doohickey ya got, looks like you’re good to go.
But what’s so special ’bout this game? Oh, let me tell ya. They say it’s full of fights. You know, punchin’, kickin’, all that stuff folks seem to love. And guess what? If you get that Premium Edition, you also get a fella called Shang Tsung as a special fighter. Sounds like a mean fella, but folks seem real excited ’bout that.

I ain’t too sure what all them fancy words mean, but they tell me it brings new characters and a whole bunch of other stuff. Sounds like folks are gonna be busy for a while. It does cost a good bit, though. Heard it’s somewhere around $53.39. That’s a pretty penny, if you ask me. But if it brings all that new stuff folks been talkin’ ‘bout, maybe it’s worth it.
And the story? Well, they say there’s a story in it too. You can play through some sorta campaign where all them fighters are doin’ their thing. I ain’t played it myself, but from what I gather, it’s gonna be a wild ride. New story, new characters, sounds like a lot to chew on for them gamers.
Countdown’s on! Ain’t no long wait left now. Folks been waitin’ and now, they got that countdown tickin’ for the early players.
