Okay, so, I’ve been diving into Marvel Snap again lately, specifically checking out what’s new in May 2024. They called it the “A Blink in Time” season, which sounds pretty cool, right?
So, first things first, I launched the game. You know, that feeling when you see the splash screen, and the music starts pumping? Yeah, always gets me hyped. The game updated itself, which is a good sign. They’re always adding stuff, keeping things fresh. That’s what Second Dinner guys do, right? Always busy.

I jumped into a few matches to get a feel for the current meta. Not gonna lie, I got wrecked a couple of times. There are some seriously good players out there. But hey, that’s part of the fun, figuring out new strategies and combos.
Then, I dug into the new stuff. They’ve got this new Season Pass card, Blink. Looks pretty interesting, gotta experiment with her more. They also released some new Series 5 cards. I’m trying to get my hands on them. Nocturne, Sage, Namora, and Sasquatch – those are the names that stuck with me. They all have some potentially game-changing abilities. Or maybe not. Gotta get them first, then I’ll see.
I spent some time tweaking my decks, trying to incorporate the new cards I’ve managed to collect. It’s a lot of trial and error, but when you find a deck that works, it’s so satisfying. I’m always reading forums and watching streams to see what other people are doing, too. It’s a never-ending learning process, but I love it.
Also, I heard they are planning for events and Clans. I saw some info about it in their 2024 roadmap, but didn’t try it yet. Will see, maybe later.
Finally, after a good few hours of playing, experimenting, and, yeah, getting frustrated at times, I called it a night. But you know what? I’m already thinking about what decks I’m gonna try tomorrow. Marvel Snap in May 2024 is shaping up to be pretty awesome. Just gotta keep grinding, keep learning, and, hopefully, keep winning!
Here’s a quick rundown of what I did:
- Launched the game and let it update.
- Played some matches to get a feel for the current meta.
- Checked out the new Season Pass card, Blink.
- Explored the new Series 5 cards like Nocturne, Sage, Namora, and Sasquatch.
- Tweaked my decks, trying to find good synergies.
- Learned about upcoming events and plans for Clans.
Overall, it was a fun and productive session. There’s a lot to unpack in this new season of Marvel Snap, and I’m excited to see what else they have in store for us!
