Man, let me tell you about my day trying to figure out the whole “Ezreal price” thing. So, I’m a big League of Legends fan, right? And Ezreal, he’s one of those champions that’s always seemed kinda cool to me, but I’ve never really gotten into playing him. I always thought he looks kinda strong in late game.
I jumped into the game, ready to give Ezreal a go. First off, I had to get him, obviously.

- The Purchase:
- Figured out I needed to grab the “Tear of the Goddess” early on. Apparently, it’s a must-have for him.
Next up, actually playing the guy. Let me tell you, it wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.
- The Gameplay:
- Heard a bunch of folks online saying he’s super strong, but honestly? He felt kinda weak to me. I mean, his win rate isn’t even above 50% in most ranks. Maybe I just suck, who knows? But it didn’t feel like he countered anything special.
- Then there’s this whole thing about him generating “Rising Spell Force” stacks. Sounds cool, but in the heat of the game, it’s tough to keep track of. Plus, it only lasts for 6 seconds!
- Tried a few different builds people were talking about, but nothing really clicked. It was fun, sure, but strong? Nah.
The Realization
So, after a few matches, I started to get why some folks are all about Ezreal and others, not so much. Some friends said Ezreal is very strong, but I don’t think so. I think he’s not a bad pick, but not great either. He’s one of those champions that’s probably a beast in the hands of those high-ranking players, but for us regular folks? He’s just alright.
At the end of the day, I realized that the real “price” of Ezreal isn’t just about the in-game currency. It’s about the time and effort you gotta put in to really master him. And honestly, I’m not sure I’m ready to pay that price just yet. Maybe I’ll stick to my usual picks for now. But hey, at least I gave it a shot, right?
