Hey guys, it’s your old buddy here, back again with another one of my wild gaming adventures. Today’s topic? Caitlyn in Nexus Blitz. Let me tell you, it was a ride.
So, I jumped into a Nexus Blitz game, feeling a little nostalgic. I’ve always liked Caitlyn, you know? She’s got that whole “sheriff with a big gun” vibe going on, which is pretty cool. I wanted to see how she’d do in this crazy mode.

First things first, I had to figure out what to build. I did some quick browsing and saw a bunch of people recommending stuff like The Golden Spatula, The Collector, and Infinity Edge. Sounded good to me! I figured I’d go for a damage-heavy build since that’s what Caitlyn is all about, right?
The game started, and man, Nexus Blitz is as chaotic as I remember. Events popping off left and right, people running around like headless chickens – it’s a blast! I started farming up, trying to get those items as quickly as possible. I managed to snag The Collector first, which felt pretty good. That execution passive is so satisfying.
Next, I went for Infinity Edge. Gotta love that critical strike damage. With these two items, I was starting to feel like a real threat. I was landing some nice headshots, and those crits were chunking people hard. It felt like I was one of the best Caitlyn players I ever seen.
My preferred rune set:
- Precision
- Domination
As the game went on, I picked up a few more items. I remember grabbing a Guardian Angel at some point, just in case things got a little too hairy. I also built the Galeforce at some point. I experimented with a few other items, too, like Rabadon’s Deathcap and Luden’s Tempest, but honestly, the core of The Collector and Infinity Edge felt like the sweet spot.
I played a bunch of games, trying out different combinations, and I gotta say, Caitlyn in Nexus Blitz is a ton of fun. She’s got the range to stay safe in those crazy fights, and her damage output is insane. There were some matches I carried, some matches I got stomped, but that’s just how it goes, isn’t it?
One thing I noticed is that the game engine has changed a bit since the last time I played Nexus Blitz. I think they updated it in early 2022, right? It felt a little different, but still fun. Apparently, they changed how the game data is linked, which meant they had to update a lot of the UI. I guess Nexus Blitz wasn’t a priority at the time, but it is cool to see it back now.
Overall, I had a blast playing Caitlyn in Nexus Blitz. It’s a great way to blow off some steam and enjoy some fast-paced action. If you’re a Caitlyn fan, or just looking for a fun time, I definitely recommend giving it a shot. And hey, if you’ve got any tips or tricks, feel free to share them in the comments. I’m always up for learning something new. Until next time, happy gaming!
