You can technically go there whenever you want, but the game actually points you there during a quest called “Overdesigned,” which Walter gives you. But hey, even if you don’t do that quest, you can still head over and check out their inventory. I decided to take the trip and I wasn’t disappointed.
I heard that you can also find them at another location, so it’s not just this one place, which is pretty cool. When I finished this mission and I went back to The Lodge in New Atlantis to chat with Walter. I told him how everything went, and guess what? He thanked me for my hard work and gave me a brand-new ship from their fleet! It showed up right in my main menu under the ship category, which was pretty sweet.

Once I got to the Stroud-Eklund Station, I hopped on my ship and started looking around for the Ship Services shop. It’s there, trust me.
