Alright, so I was messing around with Apex Legends the other day, just trying to get better, you know? Figured I’d share what I’ve been up to.
First off, I jumped into a bunch of matches. Started by picking my legend – I’m still trying out different ones to see which fits my style. You gotta earn that in-game money to unlock more, which is a bit of a grind, but hey, it keeps things interesting.

Then, it was all about getting my hands on some gear. I learned there are four main types, and they’re a big deal. Found a couple of backpacks, they really help you carry more stuff, which is super useful when you’re scavenging for supplies.
I was trying to up my kill count, you know, be a little more aggressive. Also, I really wanted to see that “YOU ARE CHAMPION” screen – haven’t gotten there yet, but I’m working on it. It is not easy, but I’ll get there eventually.
There’s a whole bunch of items you can find in this game, it’s kinda crazy. Some are just lying around, others you gotta find in containers. I tried to grab everything I could, just to see what it all did.
I also started paying more attention to the ping system. It’s a neat way to communicate with your team, especially if you’re not using voice chat. You can mark enemies, point out loot, all that good stuff.
I’ve heard some people swear by the wingman. Personally, it’s too advanced for me, I have zero aim skills. Maybe I’ll get better at aiming, but right now, I’m all about the peacekeeper shotgun. Especially with the precision choke. That thing is awesome!

My Little Tips
I read somewhere that Apex is pretty beginner-friendly, and I kinda agree. You don’t need to do a ton of prep work, but some of the mechanics can be tricky at first. There’s a lot to learn, but it’s fun figuring it all out. Hope this was helpful. See you in the arena!
