Okay, so I’ve been grinding hard in Pokemon Go’s Great League lately, and let me tell you, the competition is fierce! I mean, everyone’s out there with their best Pokemon, trying to climb the ranks. I started messing around, trying different teams, different strategies, you know, the usual. Then I thought, “Why not make my own tier list?” So, that’s exactly what I did.
First off, I dove deep into the Great League’s rules – that 1500 CP cap is no joke. You gotta be smart about which Pokemon you power up. I spent hours catching ‘mons, checking their stats, and figuring out which ones could really hold their own in a fight. It was a grind, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right?

Then came the battles. Oh boy, the battles. I tried out so many different combinations. I found that some Pokemon, like Clodsire, Mandibuzz, and Primeape, were just beasts. These guys were consistently winning me matches. They cover a good range of types, which is super important. I’d say these three were my top picks, consistently performing well and often turning the tide of battle in my favor. After many trials and many errors, these are my best team picks. Let me show you my personal tier list.
My Great League Tier List
- S Tier: These are the absolute units. They dominated the field and rarely let me down.
- Clodsire
- Mandibuzz
- Primeape
- A+ Tier: Super solid picks. They might not be as dominant as the S Tier, but they’re reliable and can definitely win you matches.
- Galarian Corsola
- Pangoro
- A Tier: Good Pokemon, but they have some weaknesses that can be exploited.
- Diggersby
- B+ Tier: These guys are okay, but I wouldn’t rely on them too much. They are not my first picks, but still decent options if you are missing a Pokemon from the higher tiers.
- B Tier: Honestly, I’d avoid these unless you have a specific strategy in mind. These are the ones that did not impress me much. They are okay if your opponent does not know how to counter them, but that’s it.
Of course, this is just my personal experience. Other players might have different opinions, and that’s totally cool. The meta’s always changing, and what works today might not work tomorrow. But for now, this tier list is what’s been working for me. It’s all about experimenting and finding what works best for your playstyle. And hey, if you’ve got your own tier list, I’d love to see it! Let’s keep the discussion going and help each other become the very best, like no one ever was. This is it, guys. This is my list. Hope you find it useful!
