Okay, so I’ve been messing around with FC 24 lately, and I gotta say, playing as AC Milan has been a real trip. I mean, they’ve got such a rich history, right? I decided to dive in and see if I could bring them back to their glory days.
First thing I did was jump into the settings and figure out the best formation. After a bunch of trial and error, I settled on a 4-3-3 setup, but with a defensive midfielder. Seems to work pretty well, you know, giving that extra bit of security at the back.

- Formation: 4-3-3 with a DM
- Tactical Style: Fluid Counterattack
Then I started tinkering with the tactical style. I went for a fluid counterattack approach. It just felt right for Milan, considering their history of being defensively solid but also capable of some slick attacking moves.
Next, I looked at the individual players. I put Nana in goal as a sweeper keeper – he’s pretty good with his feet, so it helps with playing out from the back. For the fullbacks, I experimented a bit, but ended up with Wan-Bissaka as an inverted fullback on the right and Luke Shaw as a more traditional wingback on the left. It’s a nice balance, giving us options both defensively and offensively. In the midfield, Casemiro is the anchor, just breaking up plays and keeping things tidy.
I played a bunch of matches, trying different things out. Some games went great, others… not so much. But I slowly started to see improvement.
