Okay, so I’ve been playing this mobile game, right? And there’s this super cool Pokemon, Charizard. Everyone wants it, especially with these special moves called “Legacy Moves.” I finally decided to figure out what all the fuss was about and get these moves for my own Charizard.
First, I had to do some digging to even understand what Legacy Moves are. Turns out, they’re these special attacks that you can’t just get normally. You have to either catch a Pokemon during a specific event, like a Community Day, or use these rare items called Elite TMs. I didn’t have any of those, so I was kind of bummed out at first.

But then I remembered, I had a bunch of Charizards from way back when I first started playing! I checked them all, and guess what? One of them, my very first Charizard, had Dragon Breath! I was so stoked! It wasn’t the best, but at least I had one.
Here is the difficult point.
So I started looking into which Legacy Moves were the best. Everyone online was saying Blast Burn, this Fire-type move, is the ultimate one for Charizard. Fire Spin and Blast Burn are the best moveset. Of course, mine didn’t have that. I also learned that Charizard could learn a bunch of Dragon-type moves, like Dragon Pulse, Dragon Breath, Dragon Dance, and Dragon Claw. That got me thinking, maybe Dragon Breath wasn’t so bad after all.
Getting Blast Burn
I figured my best bet was to wait for an event where I could get Blast Burn. I did a bunch of research and found out that sometimes they have special events where you can evolve a Charmeleon into Charizard and it’ll learn Blast Burn. I had a pretty good Charmeleon saved up, just waiting for the right moment.
- Checked online for upcoming events.
- Kept an eye on in-game news.
- Saved up Charmeleon candy.
Finally, the event came! I evolved my Charmeleon during the event hours, and boom! My new Charizard had Blast Burn! I was so excited, I immediately started using it in battles. It was amazing! It felt like I wasted time before I got this move.
So, yeah, that’s my story of getting Charizard’s Legacy Moves. It took some time and effort, but it was totally worth it. Now my Charizard is a beast in battles, and I finally understand why everyone’s crazy about those Legacy Moves!
