I heard folks talking about that Slaking thing, seems like a big deal. What’s this Slaking max CP they keep yapping about?
What’s CP Anyway?
This CP, I reckon it means how strong your critter is in that Pokemon Go game. Higher the number, the tougher they are, I guess. Like how my old rooster used to be, he’d chase anything that moved. Now, this Slaking, it’s a big fella, like one of them lazy, big boys. They say it’s one of the strongest out there.
Slaking’s Max CP is Huge!
Well, I heard from some folks that Slaking’s max CP can get real high, like way up there. Some say it can reach over 5000, ain’t that something? Most others can’t even get close to that. That’s like, bigger than anything, even them legendary ones. I heard it can get to 5010 at level 50. That’s a big number! Reminds me of the time I tried to count all the chickens, lost track after a hundred or so.
- Level 50 Slaking: CP goes up to 5010, I heard.
- Raid Slaking: They say it’s around 2435 to 2532 CP.
- Weather Boosted: Makes it even bigger, like 3044 to 3165 CP.
That’s a mighty big difference, ain’t it? Like comparing a little chick to a full-grown hen. Those weather boosts, they do something, I reckon. They make that Slaking CP go way up.
Slaking in Raids and Research
They got these things called raids, where folks team up to fight big critters. If you catch a Slaking there, its CP is gonna be somewhere between 2435 and 2532. But, if the weather’s right, partly cloudy, I think they said, then it gets boosted up to 3044 to 3165. That’s a big jump!
Then there’s this research thing. Don’t rightly know what that is, but they say you can find Slaking there too. Probably got a different CP there, I’d guess. Maybe they give you the little ones in research. Still, any Slaking max CP is a good one, I guess. Good for fighting them other critters in gyms, or whatever they do in that game.
Slaking is Strong, but…
Now, even though Slaking’s got that big CP, folks say it’s got some weaknesses. Like that time my neighbor’s dog got into the henhouse, caused a real ruckus. This Slaking, it’s not good against fighting-type moves, whatever those are. I think it’s weak to those fighting ones.
They say its best moves are Yawn and Body Slam. Sounds like what happens after a big Sunday dinner. And you want that partly cloudy weather, that’s when Slaking’s at its best, they say. Its max CP is at 4431 when it’s at its best. I think that’s a big number.
Even with that big Slaking CP, it ain’t invincible. It’s just really strong, the strongest normal type one, even stronger than those legendary ones. Like my old prize-winning pig, it was big and strong, but it still got scared of loud noises.
Catching a Slaking
If you want to catch one of these Slaking fellas, you gotta evolve it. You start with a little one, Slakoth, I think they call it. Then it turns into a Vigoroth, and then finally, that big old Slaking. Gotta feed them lots of candy, I guess, to make them grow big and strong.
Slaking, Big and Lazy
This Slaking max CP is a big deal, I guess. But it ain’t everything. That Pokemon, it’s known for being lazy. Just lays around all day, they say. Like my cousin Earl, that fella never did a lick of work in his life. But when he had to, he could move a mountain. Maybe this Slaking’s the same way. Just gotta get him to fight when it matters. I heard that it can scare other players if its CP is big, but other than that it’s just a bulky Pokemon. It can only get past 5000 CP, they say.
So, this Slaking max CP, that’s just a number. A big number, yeah, but there’s more to it than that. You gotta know how to use it, I reckon. Just like any tool, it’s only as good as the person using it. I think it’s the strongest Pokemon. Or at least one of the strongest. Well, that’s all I know about this Slaking thing.
