That Krampus, he is one scary fella! I heard tell he comes around Christmas time, snatchin’ up naughty children. Ain’t nobody want that, so I’m gonna tell ya how to stop Krampus. Keep him away from your house and your young’uns.
First thing, you gotta be good. That’s the best way. Don’t be killin’ little critters for no reason. Krampus, he don’t like that. If you hear him hissing, that’s a warning. That means you been naughty, and he’s comin’ for ya. Naughty meter hits ’bout 20, they say, and bam! There he is. Best to keep that meter low, low, low.
Now, some folks, they like to see that Krampus. They play them games, them Shipmas and Armageddon things. I don’t know why you’d want to see him, but they say he shows up there. If you do see him and don’t want him, you gotta run!
If you gotta fight him, well, best find a quiet spot, away from all the ruckus. You don’t want to be dealin’ with him and a bunch of other stuff at the same time. It ain’t easy, but you can do it. Find a quiet place, away from the action.
Some say there’s easy ways to get that Krampus to show up. Use that Fire Farm, or that Hambat, Scail Mail, whatever that is. Or that Willow thing. Killin’ pigs and rabbits will do it, too. Do it on a full moon, they say. But why would you want to? If you really want to stop Krampus, don’t invite him in.
If you want to keep him from ruining your games, that’s another thing. These young folks and their games… back in my day, we just played outside. But if that Krampus is messin’ up your game, best to just be good and he won’t come around.

If you really want to stop that Krampus, some folks say there’s a way. I heard you gotta find five things, scattered all around. Then put ’em on some dishes, on a star thing, a pentagram. That’s supposed to kill him. But while you’re lookin’ for those things, he’s lookin’ for you! He’ll be wanderin’ around, searchin’ and searchin’.
Now, that Krampus, he only fights up close. He’s gonna run right at ya and try to hit ya with his pickaxe. So you gotta keep your distance. Get up high, on a roof or somethin’, and you can get him good. He’s a melee-only boss, they say. That means he’s gotta get close to hurt ya. Keep your distance.
If you really, really want to get that Krampus to come, do it at night, they say. He’ll be sleepy then, even on a full moon. That way, you can get him easy. And pick that Glommer’s Flower, it only comes out on a full moon. But again, why are you tryin’ to get him to come? Best to leave him be, if you ask me.
Stop Krampus from comin’ around by just bein’ good. That’s the easiest way. Don’t go lookin’ for trouble. Don’t be killin’ little animals. Just be good, and he’ll leave you alone. Don’t need no bolt cutter, to stop him.
That’s all I know about that Krampus. It ain’t much, but it’s somethin’. Just remember, bein’ good is the best way to keep him away. And if you do see him, run! And maybe find somethin’ high to stand on. That’s how you stop Krampus.
