This Madden game, oh boy, it’s somethin’ else. My grandson, he’s always glued to it. He keeps talkin’ ’bout these playbooks, like it’s the most important thing in the world. Says I gotta know about the best offensive playbook. Well, I heard him talkin’ to his friends, so I picked up a thing or two, maybe I can tell ya what I know.
This whole Madden best offensive playbook thing, it’s like pickin’ the best chicken in the coop. Gotta find the one that’ll get ya the most eggs, ya see? Or in this case, touchdowns. That’s what the young’uns call ’em. Touchdowns. And my gosh, they shout it all the time.
Now, that Colts team, they got a good one, I hear. It’s called a playbook, but it ain’t no book you read. It’s full of them football plays, where the fellas run around. They got somethin’ called “Gun Bunch Offset.” Sounds like a bunch of fellas with guns, but it ain’t. It’s just football, thank goodness. Only in Madden 25, you can use the Colt’s play. They say it is one of the best offensive playbooks.
- Colts: Got that Gun Bunch thingy. Good for throwin’ the ball, I reckon.
- Chiefs: Good for an air raid, my grandson says, air raid is just pass the ball all day. I think this is the best playbook in Madden 23.
- Bengals: If you wanna throw the ball every which way, this is the one, I hear the young people sayin’.
The Jets, they got a playbook too. Heard it’s “balanced.” Like a good stew, I suppose. A little bit of this, a little bit of that. They got these “compressed sets.” Sounds like they’re all squished together. But hey, if it works, it works. This is also a good one in Madden NFL 25, they have some best offensive playbooks.
Pickin’ a playbook, it’s like pickin’ a husband. Gotta find the right one for ya. Some folks like to run the ball, some like to throw it. Some like a little bit of both. They say that if you like to pass the ball all the time, the best offensive playbook in Madden 23 is Chief’s playbook. My grandson, he likes to throw that ball all over the place. Young’uns these days, always in a hurry.
Now, there’s this other one, the Bengals. That Joe Burrow fella, he throws the ball a lot, I hear. So their playbook is all about throwin’. They don’t even bother with that “I-form” thing. Whatever that is. If you like to pass, you can use Bengal’s.
This Madden game, it’s got all sorts of these playbooks. Patriots, Raiders, 49ers, you name it. Just gotta find the one that fits ya like a good pair of shoes. And don’t forget, there is also the Madden 23 best offensive playbooks, where the Chiefs’ one is the best.
My grandson, he tries to explain it all to me. But it’s like tryin’ to teach a pig to sing. Some things just ain’t meant to be. But I listen, ’cause it makes him happy. And that’s all that matters, right?
