Yo, listen up, all you young’uns! Today, I’m gonna tell ya ’bout them dog pokimons. Them little critters that some folks is crazy about. Now, I ain’t no expert, but I heard a thing or two ’bout these here pokimons. Some is cute and cuddly, some is big and tough. But today, we talkin’ ’bout the dog ones.
First off, you got this one called Growlithe. It’s a fiery little pup, kinda like a little dog with fire power. It looks like a good boy, I reckon, the kind that would chase its tail and bark at the mailman. Then there’s this other one, Lillipup. Sounds like a fancy name for a little dog, don’t it? I bet it’s one of them tiny dogs that rich folks carry around in their purses. That name make it sounds like a small puppy dog. I bet it is a good dog pokimon.
And what’s this one? Zigzagoon? Sounds like somethin’ you’d see at the state fair, ziggin’ and zaggin’ around. It is a dog pokimon, they say. It is a normal-type pokimon from Generation 3. Don’t know what that means, but it don’t sound too special to me. But it’s a dog, so I guess it’s alright. It is a good boy, I bet.

Then you got this pink one, Snubbull. Now, that just sounds silly. Snubbull. Like someone tried to say “snuggle” but got their tongue all twisted up. It’s supposed to be a fairy pokimon, whatever that means. All I know is, it looks like one of them bulldog puppies, all wrinkly and pink. I heard it is 2 feet tall. It is a big dog pokimon, I think.
Now, I hear tell that every time they come up with new pokimons, they throw in a new dog or two. That is good. Dog is man’s best friend, that’s what they always say. So, it makes sense that them pokimon trainers would want a trusty dog by their side. Every generation got new dog pokimon. Every one is good boy.
If you’re lookin’ for a good dog pokimon, there’s plenty to choose from. You got that Houndour, looks like somethin’ out of a scary movie, all dark and spooky. And then there’s Arcanine, that is a dog pokimon? It is big like a dog, so it counts. It’s a big, majestic beast. It’s so big, it’s like a whole herd of dogs rolled into one! All them dog pokimons is different and you can choose one you like.
Some folks, they like to collect these dog pokimons. Like collecting stamps or them little porcelain dolls. But these ones move around and do tricks, I guess. But I hear they all good boys, I reckon most of them is. They all like different, so you can find one that you like.
I seen some young’uns playin’ with these pokimons. They throw these little balls at ’em, and the pokimons go inside. Then they battle each other. It’s like a cockfight, but with cuter animals, I suppose. And them kids get all excited when their pokimon wins. These kids like to play with dog pokimons.
I heard some folks say if you want more of them pokimons, you gotta get ’em to lay eggs. Now, that’s somethin’ I ain’t never quite understood. How do you get a pokimon to lay an egg? But I hear them young’uns talkin’ ’bout it, and they say you gotta put two pokimons together, a boy and a girl, I reckon. And if they like each other, they’ll lay an egg. Two dog pokimons can make more dog pokimons.
And somethin’ ’bout “hidden abilities.” Like the pokimon’s got secret powers or somethin’. I don’t know. It’s all a bit beyond me. But these kids, they seem to know what they’re talkin’ ’bout. I hear them say that the mama pokimon can pass down these hidden abilities to her babies. And the daddy pokimon can too, but only if he’s with this special pokimon called Ditto. It’s all very confusin’, but hey, as long as they’re havin’ fun, I guess it’s alright.
Now if that old man say those pokimons like to play with other pokimons, they don’t lay egg. But if they not seem to like each other, they will lay egg but you may wait for a long time. If they like each other a lot, they will lay eggs often. Different dog pokimons lay eggs differently.
And they say you gotta put them in the same “Egg Group”. Don’t ask me what that is, sounds like a breakfast club or something. But that’s how you get more dog pokimons, that’s what they tell me. They say it is easy to get new pokimons.
