Alright, let me tell ya somethin’ about this Pathfinder leveling thing. It ain’t as easy as pie, but it ain’t rocket science either. You just gotta keep at it, ya know? Just like hoeing a field, one row at a time.
So, you start at level one, right? You’re like a little sprout, just peekin’ out of the ground. You ain’t got much to ya, but you got potential. You gotta do things to get bigger and stronger. Fightin’ them monsters, that’s one way. That will give you experience points, and this is what you need to level up in Pathfinder 2E.

You get these experience points, see? Like collecting eggs from the henhouse. More eggs, more omelets, more stronger. You use these points to go up in levels. That means you gotta find some side jobs beside the main work. It is the same idea to level up faster.
- Win battles
- Complete challenges
- Do side quests
When you level up, you get more hit points. That’s like gettin’ tougher skin. Them critters can whack at ya harder, but you won’t go down so easy. You also get better at hittin’ back, that is called Base Attack Bonus. That’s good, you wanna be able to give them goblins what for.
And then there’s these skill points. Like learnin’ how to mend a fence or milk a cow. You get better at doin’ different things. You gotta pick what you wanna be good at. Makes sense, right? Can’t be good at everything all at once.
Some folks, they like to mix things up. They call it multiclass. Like, they’ll be a fighter for a bit, then they’ll be a wizard for a bit. Me, I think it’s best to just stick to one thing. Get real good at it. Like my apple pie, everyone says it’s the best in the county. That’s ’cause I only make apple pie. But you can still try, and it may help you to unlock the full potential of your game character.
Now, I heard some folks say you can only go up to level 12 in that game, Baldur’s Gate 3. It is kinda like Pathfinder. They say it’s too hard to make the game go higher than that. Like tryin’ to grow a watermelon the size of a wagon wheel. Just ain’t gonna happen.
It is not too difficult to level up, and the most important thing is that your Trailblaze Level shows how much you have done in the game. It is the same idea as your character level, but this one is for the whole game, and that one is for each of your characters.
Pathfinder Character Journal, Refillable, this thing can help you keep track of your level. When you overcome some difficulties, you will get some experience points. And you will level up and become stronger. How fast it is depends on how you play the game.
So you keep fightin’ them monsters, you keep doin’ them quests, and you keep collectin’ them experience points. You’ll be levelin’ up in no time. Just remember, it takes time and effort. You are going to need to use your characters in battles to earn experience, but you can also use Character EXP Materials to help you level up quicker. Just like plantin’ seeds and watchin’ ’em grow. You gotta be patient, but it’s worth it in the end.
This whole leveling up thing, it’s like life, really. You start small, you learn, you grow, you get stronger. You make mistakes, you learn from ’em. You just keep goin’, one step at a time. And before you know it, you’re an old lady like me, lookin’ back on all you done.
Now, I ain’t no expert on this Pathfinder game. I just heard about it from my grandson. He’s always playin’ them video games. But I reckon the same principles apply. Hard work, patience, and a little bit of luck. That’s all ya need to succeed in anythin’, whether it’s a game or life itself.

So, there ya have it. That’s my two cents on this whole Pathfinder levelling business. Hope it helps ya some. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go check on my chickens. They ain’t gonna feed themselves, ya know!
