Well, let me tell you, I heard folks talking ’bout these things called Azelf raids. Now, I ain’t too sure what all this means, but I’ll tell ya what I heard. These young’uns and their fancy phones, always chasin’ these little critters. This Azelf, it’s one of them Pokemon things, they say. And you gotta catch ’em, or somethin’ like that.
They say you can find this Azelf fella in them raids. Sounds like a whole bunch of people get together and try to catch this one little guy. I reckon it must be a real special one, to have so many people after it. And, I heard someone say Azelf is a “Psychic-type” Pokemon. What in tarnation is a psychic-type? I guess it means it can read your mind or somethin’? Who knows. All I know is that this Azelf raids are somethin’ the young’uns are all excited about these days.

And get this, this Azelf, it’s only in certain parts of the world. They mentioned somethin’ ’bout North America, South America, and some place called Greenland. Seems like a whole lot of trouble just to catch a little critter. But these kids nowadays, they sure do love their Pokemon. They say this Azelf is pretty strong, too. “Leads the pack” is what they say. And when you get one it might shine real bright. That is a Shiny Azelf.
- Catch it in a raid
- Catch it when it’s just wanderin’ around
That’s what they told me. Two ways to catch this Azelf. It is just some legendary pokemon, whatever that means. I guess some Pokemon are better than others. If you’re strong enough, you can catch one at these raid things, and it might show up on its own. But it sounds like these raids are the main way to get it.
This Azelf, it’s got some numbers tied to it, too. Some CP thing, they said. I don’t rightly understand what that means, but it sounds important. High numbers good, I reckon. It’s all mighty confusing if you ask me. All I know is you gotta get the best one you can get.
Now, they say there’s a trick to catchin’ these things. Somethin’ ’bout a “Circle Lock Technique” and using “Golden Razz Berries.” I reckon those berries must be some kind of special treat for these Pokemon. Like givin’ a dog a bone, I suppose. And this “technique” is supposed to help you catch ’em.
And they say these Azelf raids only happen every now and then. I heard they also will just spawn in the wild, but it is very rare. I think it only happens 8 times every 30 minutes. And, you can find it at Victory Road. Now, I ain’t never been to no Victory Road. But it sounds like a mighty important place if that’s where this Azelf fella hangs out. I heard somethin’ ’bout using “Cut” to cut down a bush, then goin’ up some stairs. Sounds like a whole lot of hikin’ just to catch a Pokemon. These kids got more energy than I do, that’s for sure. They tell me, “Go south to Route 23”. What a bunch of hocus pocus.
They got these other ones, too. Mesprit and Uxie, I think they’re called. Sounds like a whole family of these things. And they’re all in different parts of the world. It’s all a big to-do, if you ask me. I reckon these Azelf raids are just a big part of that whole Pokemon craze. If you want to catch them all, you gotta be prepared to do some travelin’. But I think it is not that easy, you have to be real strong to catch one.
These young’uns, they’re always comin’ up with new things. When I was a girl, we played with sticks and rocks. Now they got these fancy phones and these Pokemon things. Times sure have changed. I don’t know if these Azelf raids are here to stay, but I reckon it’ll be somethin’ else next year. That’s just how it is these days. If they can put a man on the moon, they can come up with these crazy Pokemon games.
Well, that’s all I know ’bout these Azelf raids. It’s a whole lot of nonsense if you ask me, but the young’uns seem to like it. I guess it keeps ’em out of trouble, most of the time. And if they’re happy, then I’m happy. Just as long as they don’t expect me to go chasin’ after these things with ’em. I’m too old for that kind of nonsense. I’ll just stick to my garden, thank you very much.
