This here, let me tell you, it’s about that Zidane FIFA 23 thing. That’s what the young’uns are all yapping about these days. My grandson, he’s always on that game. I don’t know much about it, but seems like a big deal.
So this Zidane, he’s a footballer, or soccer player, like they say on tv. A French fella, played in the Icons, whatever that is. He’s good, they all say he’s real good. My grandson, he keeps going on about how he wants this Zidane in his game. Says he’s 49 years old in this FIFA 23 thing. Can you believe it? 49! He was born in 1972, I think.
They call this Zidane fella “Zizou”. Sounds silly to me, but what do I know? They said this nickname came from when he was young. That’s all I know about that. This guy must be somethin’, ’cause they’re always talkin’ about him. They say he’s 5-star this and 5-star that. He is 185cm tall. I don’t know what that means, but I guess he’s a big fella.
They got all these numbers for him in this game, like 94, 97. I don’t get it. Seems like he’s a big deal in this FIFA 23 game. My grandson, he spends hours on that thing, tryin’ to get this Zidane. They call it a “card,” like them playin’ cards we used to have. It’s a Trophy Titans Icon. Sounds fancy.
This FIFA 23, it’s got something called HyperMotion2. They say it’s new and all that. And they got women playing football in it now too. They even got two World Cups in it. They used to only have men playing the sport. Times are changin’, I guess. There is even a way for my grandson to get him through something called an SBC. I don’t know what it is, but it’s important.

I remember when he played for real, not just in some game. Back in 1998, he won somethin’ called the World Cup. And then in 2000, he won another one, the European Championship, they called it. He was somethin’ else back then, I tell ya. Always runnin’ around, kickin’ that ball. Headbutted some fella in a big game once, got sent off, they said. That was a while back, though.
Now, I hear he’s a manager. That’s like a boss, I guess. Boss of a football team. He’s done good for himself, that Zidane. From playin’ to bossin’, that’s a good life, I reckon. My grandson, he sure does like him. Always talkin’ about Zidane FIFA 23 this and Zidane FIFA 23 that.
This whole FIFA thing is somethin’ else. They got all these people workin’ on it. There’s this one guy, Thomas Caleffi, he talks about how they made the game. Seems like a lot of work for a game, but what do I know? The kids love it, and that’s all that matters, I guess.
All year, every year, these kids are wanting the new players. They gamble and pick, wanting the best ones. This Zidane, he’s one of the best, I guess. That’s why they all want him in this FIFA 23. I don’t understand it, but they sure do love it.
Well, that’s all I know about this Zidane and his FIFA 23. It’s a lot of fuss over a game, if you ask me. But the young’uns love it, and that’s what matters. Keeps ’em outta trouble, I suppose. And if they’re happy, then I’m happy. That’s all there is to it, really.
I still don’t really get all this Zidane FIFA 23 stuff, but if it makes my grandson happy, then it’s alright by me. He’s a good boy, even if he does spend too much time on that game. But hey, at least he’s not out causin’ trouble. That’s what I always say.
