This here game, Pokemon Violet, got this bug thing, they call it Leavanny. It’s kinda like a big ol’ grasshopper, I reckon. You want to find it? Well, I hear tell it’s a hard one to catch. But you young’uns are all into these Pokemon. Back in my day, we just had real bugs, and we didn’t try to catch ’em, we swatted ’em!
Anyways, this Leavanny Pokemon, you gotta catch its little baby bug first. It is called, ah, what was it? Sewaddle. Yeah, Sewaddle. It is a little wormy lookin’ thing. You gotta catch that little fella first, ain’t no two ways about it. This Sewaddle in Pokemon Violet, you can find him crawling around in certain places.

- Find Sewaddle.
- Catch Sewaddle.
- Make Sewaddle happy.
- Sewaddle will turn into Swadloon.
- Make Swadloon very happy.
- Swadloon will turn into Leavanny.
Then, that Sewaddle, he turns into another one, called Swadloon. Sounds like a spittoon to me, but what do I know? This Swadloon in Pokemon Violet is like a, a little ball of leaves. So you got this Sewaddle, then he gets all wrapped up in leaves and that’s Swadloon. And then, finally, if you treat him real good, he turns into that Leavanny Pokemon. It is a lot of work.
Now, how you gonna find these critters? Well, they like to be around trees and grass. And there’s this big ol’ map thing, folks call it an “interactive map,” I ain’t sure what that means. But it can help find these Pokemon in Violet, I guess. It shows you all the places where these Pokemon like to hang out. Just look for the green places, I reckon, where the trees and grass are thickest. That’s where you’ll likely find that Sewaddle, and maybe even a Swadloon or a Leavanny if you’re real lucky.
I saw some young fella on that video box, the YouTube, showing how to catch ’em. He was runnin’ all over the place, lookin’ for that Leavanny Pokemon Violet. He said he wants to be the best at showin’ folks how to find these Pokemon. Bless his heart. He seemed to know what he was doin’, though. He said that there are other things in the DLC, that the teal mask thing. I don’t know much about these, but it is more Pokemon stuff.
Now, to get that Swadloon to turn into Leavanny, you gotta make it real happy. I don’t know what makes a bug happy, but maybe you feed it some sugar water? Or maybe you just gotta be nice to it. These young’uns, they know all about these things. But I hear you gotta get its happiness up to 220, whatever that means. And then it levels up, and then, bam!, you got yourself a Leavanny. Sounds like a heap of trouble to me, but to each their own, I suppose.
This Leavanny in Pokemon Violet, it’s a strong one, I hear. It can fight other Pokemon, and it’s good at it. It’s got these big ol’ leaf blades on its arms, and it can use ’em to slice and dice. I wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of one of those, no sir! I guess these are what you need to know about catching the Leavanny.
So, if you’re out there lookin’ for that Leavanny Pokemon Violet, just remember what I told ya. Find that little Sewaddle first, then make that Swadloon all happy, like a pig in mud. And eventually, you’ll have yourself that big ol’ Leavanny. It is not easy, but I think you can make it. Just don’t come cryin’ to me if it gets away! And watch out for those leaf blades! They look sharp enough to cut a watermelon in half! This Pokemon Violet Leavanny is not a easy one.
