Oh, this Genshin Impact thing, young folks these days are all about it. What’s it about? Some kinda game, huh? My grandson, he’s always on his phone playing it. Says it’s got all these characters. He’s always going on about, what was it? Genshin Impact personality test. Which one are you, grandma? He asks me. I told him, I don’t know about these things!
But, it got me thinking. If I was one of them, what would I be like? Which character you most likely? This Genshin Impact personality test, it sounds fun, right? Maybe there’s a quiz or something. My grandson could probably find it for me. He’s good with that internet stuff. All those buttons and what not. I just stick to my old phone, the one with the big numbers. Easier on the eyes, you know.
This game, Genshin Impact, it’s got all sorts, I hear. Strong ones, weak ones, ones that use magic. My grandson, he likes the ones that fight good. He likes Kaeya, I think it was. Said he was good at fighting. A real strong one. A good starter, he said. What’s a starter, you ask? Well, you see, when you start the game, you gotta pick one, I reckon. And this Kaeya, he’s a good one to pick. He’s got a sword! Strong and brave. Good for fighting those monsters.

He says you gotta use him as main…what was it…DPS. Something about doing a lot of damage. He gave him some fancy sword, too. Called it a… a “Prototype Rancour.” Sounds dangerous, don’t it? But my grandson, he says it makes Kaeya even stronger. Good for him, I say. Gotta be strong in this world, even if it’s just a game.
So, this Genshin Impact personality test, it’s supposed to tell you which one of these characters you’re like, right? Like, are you strong like Kaeya? Or maybe you’re like one of the others. There’s a bunch of them, I think. My grandson, he showed me pictures once. There’s this girl with wings, and another one with a bow and arrow. And a little one, looks like a child, but he says she’s real powerful. It’s all a bit confusing to me, but it sure does look pretty.
I guess this test, it looks at how you are, what you like, what you do. Then it says, “Oh, you’re like this one!” Like, if you’re bossy, maybe you’re like one of them bossy characters. Or if you’re quiet, maybe you’re like one of them quiet ones. It’s all a bit of fun, I suppose. Keeps the young ones entertained.
Back in my day, we didn’t have these fancy games. We played outside! We played hopscotch and tag. And we didn’t need no personality test to tell us who we were. We just were who we were! But times change, I guess. These Genshin Impact characters, they seem alright. Each one is different, just like people. They got their own things they’re good at, their own ways of doing things. Just like people in our village, there are many characters, right? Each one is special.
This Kaeya, he seems like a good one. Strong and reliable. Maybe if I took that Genshin Impact personality test, it would say I’m like him. Who knows? Maybe I got a bit of that fighter spirit in me, even at my age. You never know, right? I always protect my family. Maybe that’s how the test thing works.
But then again, maybe I’m more like one of the other ones. One of the ones who helps people. There’s gotta be some of them in there, right? Not all of them can be fighters. There’s gotta be some healers, some cooks, some… I don’t know, farmers? Maybe there’s a character who grows things. That would be nice. I always did like tending to my garden.
It’s all a bit much for me, this Genshin Impact. But my grandson, he loves it. And if it makes him happy, that’s all that matters. Maybe one day he’ll teach me how to play. Then I can take that Genshin Impact personality test for real and see which one of those characters I really am. That would be a good laugh. Maybe I am a strong Kaeya after all.
I will ask my grandson to take this Genshin Impact personality test for me. If I am Kaeya, I will be happy. He is a good boy. He seems like he has a good heart. I like how he always protect others. I hope he will protect his grandma too.
