Lordy. They say it costs some of them V-Bucks, which I reckon are like game money. You have to buy his Fortnite skin from that store, they call it the item shop. That’s how you get a Leon Kennedy Fortnite account, I think. You buy his skin, you make a Fortnite account, and you are set to go!
Now, I don’t know nothin’ about how much them V-Bucks are, but I hear my grandkids complainin’ that they need more. They say that it was first released in Chapter 4: Season 2. Maybe they want to make new skins for Leon in the future. Who knows. But it sounds like a lot of work for a Fortnite account to me.

He always talks about Fortnite account. It’s getting really old now.
