What’s new in TFT Set 13?

The PBE for Set 13 will be available on November 12th, so if you want a little sneak peek, that’s your chance.
What’s changed with TFT seasons?
Now, here’s somethin’ that might be new to ya. Riot Games decided that they ain’t gonna do mid-set releases anymore. Yup, you heard me right. No more mid-sets! Instead, they’re stickin’ to three full sets a year. This means that each set is gonna have a good, long time to shine before we move on to the next one. Seasons will last about 4 months, so there’s plenty of time to get in there and really explore all that Set 13 has to offer.
