Alright, so I’ve been diving deep into Pokemon Go lately, trying to really up my game in raids and battles. And let me tell you, Gardevoir has become one of my absolute go-to Pokemon. But figuring out the best moveset? That took some experimenting.
I started out by just catching a bunch of Ralts, you know, hoping for good IVs. Luckily, I snagged a few with high attack and stamina. Then came the long process of evolving them, getting enough candy. Walking my Ralts buddy helped a ton, also doing raids. Finally got my Gardevoir!

Figuring Out the Moves
At first, I was kinda clueless. I just slapped on whatever moves seemed strong. I think I started with Confusion and Dazzling Gleam. It worked okay, but I felt like I wasn’t getting the most out of my Gardevoir.
So, I did some digging around online, watched some YouTube videos of people battling, looking to improve my skills. I looked at different community suggestions. I realized I needed to focus on maximizing that Fairy-type damage, especially against those pesky Dragon-types.
I used a bunch of Charged TMs and Fast TMs, even I spent about ten of them. It was a bit of a gamble, because you never know exactly what you’re gonna get. But I was aiming for Charm as the fast move, and then either Dazzling Gleam or Synchronoise for the charged move.
The Winning Combo (For Me!)
After a bit of trial and error, here’s what I’ve settled on, and it’s been working wonders:
- Fast Move: Charm
- Charged Move: Dazzling Gleam
I know some people swear by Synchronoise, especially with the community day exclusive, and it’s a great move. But for my playstyle, Dazzling Gleam just hits harder and more consistently.I did some battles with my friend. We did maybe five or six, and I kept switching up the moves. It gives me that extra bit of power in raids, and it’s been super effective in trainer battles too.
The key thing, I found, is to just experiment. What works for me might not be perfect for you. Try out different combinations, pay attention to type matchups, and see what feels * do not forget to power up your Gardevoir!
Good luck building your ultimate Gardevoir!
