Alright, guys, so I’ve been messing around with the Haymaker shotgun in the game lately, trying to figure out the best loadout. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster, let me tell you!
First Attempts – Total Fail!
Initially, I just slapped on whatever attachments I had unlocked. You know, the usual stuff – extended mags, a laser sight, maybe a different stock. I went into a match thinking I was going to be a one-man wrecking crew. Boy, was I wrong! I got absolutely shredded. The recoil was insane, the range was pathetic, and I was reloading more than I was shooting. It was a disaster!

Back to the Drawing Board
I realized I needed to be a bit more strategic. I spent some time looking at the stats of each attachment, trying to understand how they actually affected the gun. I also watched a few videos of people who seemed to know what they were doing with the Haymaker (no shame in learning from the pros, right?).
The Winning Formula (For Now!)
After a lot of trial and error (and a lot of deaths), I think I’ve finally found a loadout that works pretty well. It’s all about controlling that crazy recoil and boosting the effective range. Here’s what I’m running:
- Muzzle: Some kind of suppressor. I have found it works well.
- Barrel: The longest one you’ve got. Extends damage range.
- Laser: improve hip-fire.
- Stock: One that prioritizes recoil control.
- Ammunition: Use those slug * hits the range.
Putting It to the Test
With this new setup, I went back into the fray. And guess what? It actually worked! I was landing shots more consistently, I wasn’t getting outgunned at medium range as much, and I even managed to pull off a few multi-kills. It felt good.
It’s like a whole new gun. I’m actually enjoying using the Haymaker now, which is something I never thought I’d say.
I finally got a victory!
Still Experimenting
Now, I’m not saying this is the perfect loadout. There’s always room for improvement, and I’m still tweaking things here and there.
It is important to me to keeping testing and find the perfect loadout.
But for now, this setup is working wonders for me. If you’re struggling with the Haymaker, give it a try! You might be surprised at how much of a difference the right attachments can make.

Good luck, and happy gaming!
