Okay, so today I wanted to jump back into League of Legends. I heard that Split 2 was starting, and I was kinda curious to see what’s new. So, the first thing I did was fire up my PC.
Then I launched the Riot Games client – you know, the thing you gotta go through before you can even get to League. It took a bit to load up, I watched the loading animation spinning round and round.
Once the client was up, I clicked on the big, shiny League of Legends icon. And, of course, it started patching. It’s always patching, every single time.
Waiting…Waiting…
The patch took a bit of time, grabbed a drink and watch the progress bar, that always seems to take forever.
- Opened the game.
- Look at my rank(It’s iron, don’t ask).
- Find a game and play.
After all that, I finally got into the game. Everything looked pretty much the same. New season, checked out the new ranked split stuff. Seems like the usual grind is back on the menu!
Played a few games, My teammates still feed, so, nothing special, just another day. Now I can continue to play to reach the rank that I want.
