Alright, so I’ve been hooked on Pokemon Go again lately. It’s been a fun way to get out of the house, get some exercise, and, you know, catch ’em all. I was really trying to beef up my team, and I heard that Perrserker was a pretty solid choice, especially for raids and taking down gyms.
So, I started my mission to get one. The first thing I did was start catching every Galarian Meowth I could find. Every single one. Rain or shine, I was out there, tapping on those little guys.

The Grind Begins
- Catching Spree: Seriously, I probably caught dozens of these things. My Pokedex was overflowing with Galarian Meowths. I’d pop a Lucky Egg sometimes to boost my XP while I was at it, figuring, why not?
- Candy Collecting: Every catch got me closer to those precious candies. I used Pinap Berries whenever I could to double the candy haul. It felt like it took forever, but slowly, I was building up my stash.
- Appraising and Transferring: I kept appraising them to make sure I was keeping the ones with the best stats. The rest? Off to the Professor for even more candy. Gotta be efficient, right?
Getting Closer…
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, I had enough candies. I think it was 50? Yeah, 50 Galarian Meowth candies to evolve it into Perrserker. I checked my best Galarian Meowth, the one with the highest IVs (Individual Values), and held my breath.
I hit that evolve button, and watched the animation. It was so satisfying to see that little Meowth transform into this Viking-looking cat! Perrserker looked way tougher than I expected.
Putting Perrserker to the Test
I immediately threw Perrserker into some battles. I took it to a local gym, and it actually did pretty well! It’s got some decent attack power, and it held its own against some of the defenders. Then I tried it in a raid, and it was even better. I was really impressed with how much damage it could dish out.
So, yeah, that’s my Perrserker story. It was a bit of a grind, but totally worth it in the end. If you’re looking for a strong Steel-type Pokemon for your team, I definitely recommend getting yourself a Perrserker. Just be prepared to catch a LOT of Galarian Meowths!
