Okay, here’s my attempt at writing a blog post in the style you described, focusing on “Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 2k24”:
Alright, so I’ve been grinding MyCareer in NBA 2K24, and I had to build around Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Dude’s a beast, and I wanted to see if I could turn him into an even bigger monster in the game.

Getting Started and building
First thing I did was fire up MyCareer. No surprise there, right? Skipped all the cutscenes, ’cause who’s got time for that? I just wanted to get to the team selection.
Naturally, I picked the Oklahoma City Thunder. Gotta keep Shai on his home turf. Plus, they’ve got some decent young pieces to work with. Chet Holmgren is a walking cheat code if you use him right.
The Grind Commences
- Early games were rough. I was trying to force-feed Shai the ball, and it just wasn’t working. Turnovers galore, bad shots… the whole nine yards. My player rating was tanking faster than my win percentage.
- Then I realized, I gotta play with the team, not just through Shai. Started using him more as a facilitator, setting up plays, getting everyone involved.
- Focus on Key Stats. I noticed I needed more power.
- Focus on the Play. Then I Started using him more as a facilitator.
- Big rewards. Then, boom. Shai’s stats started to explode.
It’s still a work in progress, but my Shai is averaging like 35 points, 10 assists, and 7 rebounds. He’s an absolute menace on the court. I’m even starting to think about trying to break some records. Wilt Chamberlain’s 100-point game? Might be in reach, who knows?
The Results(So Far)
I managed to get Shai’s overall rating up to a 99. Took a while, lots of games, lots of frustrating moments, but we got there. He’s basically unstoppable now. Mid-range jumpers? Cash. Drives to the basket? Forget about it. And he’s even hitting threes at a decent clip, which is a nice bonus.
Still working on getting those assist numbers up, though. Gotta get my teammates more involved. It’s not all about Shai, even if he is the star of the show.
anyway,If anyone else is trying to build around Shai in 2K24, hit me up. I’m always down to swap tips and strategies. It’s a grind, but it’s definitely worth it.
