Alright, so I’ve been diving deep into Apex Legends lately, and let me tell you, the grind for Revenant skins is REAL. I’m a sucker for making my characters look badass, and Revenant? He’s already got that menacing vibe, but some of his skins take it to a whole other level.
First thing I did was just play. A LOT. You earn Legend Tokens just by leveling up, and those are crucial for getting some of the recolors in the store. I made sure to complete all my daily and weekly challenges. It took a while just for getting XP.

Then came the Apex Packs. You get these by leveling up, and sometimes through events or the battle pass. Every pack is like a little lottery ticket, hoping for that sweet, sweet legendary skin. I opened a bunch, got some cool stuff, but mostly, I was just getting crafting materials.I even had a lucky time and it gave me a precious legendary skin!
Crafting materials are super important, and you need a LOT of them to craft a legendary skin directly. It’s a slow burn, saving them up. I had to be patient, resisting the urge to spend them on smaller items.
I also kept an eye on the in-game store. They rotate skins pretty regularly, and sometimes you can snag a recolor of a legendary skin you already own, using those Legend Tokens I mentioned earlier. This is where knowing which base legendary skins you like is important, so you can be ready to pounce when the recolor pops up.
My Little Tips for Grinding
- Focus on Challenges: Seriously, those daily and weekly challenges are your best friends for leveling up fast and getting those Apex Packs and Legend Tokens.
- Save Your Crafting Materials: It’s tempting to spend them, but hold on to them for that legendary skin you REALLY want.
- Check the Store Regularly: You never know when a cool recolor might show up, and you’ll need those Legend Tokens ready.
- Events: Sometimes there are special event challenges to get a cool skin, just be patient.
I can finally deck out my Revenant in some truly terrifying skins. It just makes stomping other squads that much sweeter, you know?
