Okay, so I’ve been playing Sea of Thieves a lot lately, and I wanted to get those sweet, sweet Twitch drops. Figured I’d share how I linked my accounts, ’cause it’s not super obvious at first.
Gettin’ Started
First things first, I made sure I was logged into my Twitch account. Duh, right? But you’d be surprised how often I forget the simple stuff.

Then, I fired up my web browser separately.
The Linking Part
Next, I needed to get to the Sea of Thieves website. The official one.
Once I was on the Sea of Thieves site, I logged in with my Microsoft account – the one I use for the game. Gotta make sure everything’s connected to the right place, you know?
After I was logged in, I looked around for something that said “account” or “profile settings”. Found it!
Then look around for any Twitch logo,or any words saying Twitch Drops.
And boom,I Click the button and finish the linking authorization!
Making Sure It Worked
I didn’t to test the connection. I waited for a Sea of Thieves stream with drops enabled. You can usually tell by the tags or the title.
I started watch a stream and wait,After a while I checked in game… The items appear in my inventory,I made it!
That’s all there is to it! Now I can passively get a lot of rewards by just watching streamer playing Sea of Thieves!.
