Alright, so I wanted to get my car dialed in for Singapore in F1 24. It’s a tricky track, lots of corners, and you really need a setup that can handle those quick changes of direction without feeling like you’re driving a boat. So, I hopped into Time Trial mode and got to work.
Aerodynamics
First up, the aero. I started by playing around with the front and rear wings. For Singapore you want more, It’s better make front wing and rear wing to get a good balance. I ended up going with, let me check my notes, yeah, 22 for the front and 20 for the rear. That felt pretty good in terms of keeping the car planted, especially in those medium-speed corners.

Transmission
Next, I messed with the transmission. I didn’t want to lock differential too much. I found that 55% for the on-throttle differential and 50% for the off-throttle gave me a good compromise. I always do this.
Suspension Geometry
Suspension geometry, ugh, always a bit of a headache. But, I find the best way is to use -2.50 degrees and rear camber use about -1.00 degrees. Front toe, I like to use 0.00 degrees, and rear toe, 0.10 degrees.
Suspension
Okay, suspension time. This is where you really fine-tune how the car handles the bumps and kerbs. I went with a softer front suspension, around 31, and a stiffer rear, around 10. For the anti-roll bars, I set the front to 3 and the rear to 10. Ride height, I kept it pretty low, 33 in the front and 38 in the rear.
Brakes
Brakes are pretty straightforward. I always like a high brake pressure, so I maxed it out at 100%. For brake bias, 55% felt good for Singapore, making sure I could trail brake into those tight corners without locking up the rears.
Tyres
Finally, tyres. For Singapore, I went a bit lower on the pressures to help with traction. I used 22.5 psi for both front tyres, and 20.5 psi for both rear tyres. Seemed to give me good grip without overheating the tyres too quickly.
- Front Left: 22.5 psi
- Front Right: 22.5 psi
- Rear Left: 20.5 psi
- Rear Right: 20.5 psi
So, after a bunch of laps, tweaking things here and there, this setup felt pretty darn good. I was able to consistently put in some decent lap times, and more importantly, the car felt predictable and responsive. I’m used it and I like it.
