Okay, so I’ve been a huge fan of “The Last of Us” since the game first came out. And with the show being so awesome, I really wanted a cool hoodie to show off my love for it. I didn’t want just any generic one, though. I wanted something that felt unique, maybe even a little DIY.
First, I started by looking around online. I checked out a bunch of different stores, but nothing really grabbed me. They were either too plain, too expensive, or just didn’t have the right vibe, you know?
Then, it hit me – why not try to make my own design? I’m no artist, but I figured I could at least find some cool images or logos online and put something together. So I started digging around, searching for high-quality images of the Fireflies logo, maybe some cool silhouettes of Joel and Ellie, stuff like that.
I found a few things I liked, and then I remembered this website where you can upload your own designs and they’ll print them on a hoodie for you. Bingo!
I spent a good couple of hours messing around with the images. I’m not very good at pictures, but I tried to make it looks nice.
I added the Fireflies logo on the front, and then on the back, I put a silhouette of Joel and Ellie walking through a ruined city. It wasn’t perfect, but it felt… personal, you know?
Once I was happy with the design, I uploaded it to the website, chose my hoodie size and color (went with a classic dark gray), and placed my order. It was a little more expensive than buying a pre-made one, but I figured it was worth it for something unique.
About a week later, the hoodie arrived! I was so excited to open it up. And honestly? It looked pretty awesome! The print quality was great, and the design looked just like I had imagined it.
It’s not perfect, of course. If I did it again, I might try to find someone who’s actually good at design to help me out. But for a first attempt, I’m super happy with it. It’s comfy, it looks cool, and it’s definitely one-of-a-kind.
