Okay, here’s my attempt at writing a blog post like that, focusing on the FIFA 23 rating for Christian Pulisic:
So, I’ve been diving deep into FIFA 23 lately, messing around with different teams and players. Of course, being a USMNT fan, I had to check out how my boy Christian Pulisic is rated this year.

First thing I did was fire up the game, and went straight into the team management settings. Found Chelsea, and started scrolling through the players. Boom, there he was, Christian Pulisic.
The Rating Reveal
I looked at overall rating, I was kinda surprised. An 82 isn’t bad, per se, but given some of the hype around him, I thought I would see. But it got me thinking about his individual stats, so I dug a little deeper.
- Pace: Okay, I checked his pace. I see his sprint speed and acceleration are still pretty high, reflecting that real-life burst he has.
- Dribbling: Next I see the ball control and dribbling. It’s his key attributes, so it must be good, right? Not bad.
- Shooting: His shooting stats were… eh, okay. Nothing to write home about, but probably fair given his form at Chelsea.
- Passing: I think his passing stats are reasonably solid, showing he can play those through balls and link up with teammates.
- Defending & Physical: I don’t check it, because it seems not very relevant for Pulisic.
After I checked the overall rating and each abilities, I started several games with him. I tried all kinds of shooting and dribbling with Pulisic in different positions. It was a lot of fun.
So that’s my little deep dive into Christian Pulisic’s FIFA 23 rating. It was fun to explore and test out!
