Alright, so I’ve been messing around with my Ultimate Team, and I’ve been really trying to snag that TOTY Bruno Fernandes card. Here’s how it all went down.
The Grind Begins
First things first, I started ripping open packs like crazy. You know, the usual routine. I saved up a bunch of coins and even some of those real-money points (don’t tell my wife!). I opened every pack I could get my hands on, hoping to get lucky. I started with the premium gold packs and worked up to the bigger ones. No luck at all. I didn’t even get any good players to sell and make some coins back.

After my pack-opening disappointment, I hit the transfer market. I knew I had to, Bruno’s card was crazy expensive! I started checking the prices like every hour. And it seemed to me that his price was fluctuating like mad. It was like watching a rollercoaster, sometimes the price was up, sometimes down, all very nerve-wracking stuff.
The Snipe Attempt
I spent hours refreshing the market, trying to snipe him. You know, get him for a cheaper price than usual. My thumbs were killing me. I even set alarms on my phone to remind me to check. I got close a few times, saw him listed for a split second at a lower price, but someone always beat me to it. It was frustrating as hell.
Coin Crunch
I finally decided I needed more coins. So I sold off a bunch of my players, even some I liked. It hurt, but I was determined. I even did some of those squad building challenges to get more packs, hoping for any kind of miracle.
The Final Push (and Relief)
After what felt like forever, I finally had enough. I saw a listing for Bruno that was within my budget. I didn’t even hesitate. I hit “Buy Now” so fast, my fingers were a blur. And boom, he was mine! I actually jumped out of my chair. I never thought i’d get there!
