Okay, so I wanted to link my YouTube account to my Call of Duty account. Here’s how I did it, step by step.
First, I opened up the Call of Duty website. I mean, that was the obvious first move, right?

Then, I logged into my Activision account. Gotta make sure you’re signed in to the right one, especially if you have multiple accounts like I do (one for Warzone, one for Mobile… it’s a whole thing).
Once I was logged in, I went looking for the account settings. Usually, It is a profile icon or something with “settings”. I clicked around a bit until I found something that looked like “Account Linking” or “Connected Accounts”. It wasn’t super obvious, I have to admit.
When I finally found the right page, I saw a bunch of options for linking different accounts – PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and… yep, there it was, YouTube! I clicked on the YouTube option.
It then took me to a Google login page. You know, the usual “choose an account” thing. I selected the Google account associated with the YouTube channel I wanted to link.
After I picked my account, it asked me to grant permissions. Stuff like, “Allow Call of Duty to view your YouTube account.” I read through it quickly (who actually reads those things thoroughly, am I right?), and then I clicked “Allow.”
And… that was pretty much it! It redirected me back to the Call of Duty website, and the YouTube icon was now showing as “linked.” Super simple, once you find the right page.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure you are using a good network.
- Check your Activision account, it must be correct.
Now, I can hopefully get those sweet, sweet in-game rewards for watching Call of Duty League streams. Fingers crossed!
