Alright, guys, so I’ve been messing around with this Devil Dinosaur deck in Marvel Snap, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I started off just throwing cards together, you know, the usual stuff.
Initial Tinkering
First, I grabbed Devil Dinosaur himself, obviously. Then, I added in cards that seemed like they’d work well, stuff to boost my hand size. You know, Agent 13, Sentinel, Cable – the usual suspects for card draw. I even threw in Moon Girl, thinking I could double up on those big dinos.

- Agent 13
- Sentinel
- Cable
- Moon Girl
- And, of course, Devil Dinosaur
The Struggle is Real
It was… okay. I won some, I lost some. But it felt clunky. Sometimes I’d have a huge hand, but no power to back it up. Other times, I’d have a decent Devil Dinosaur, but nothing else to play. It just wasn’t consistent.
Refining the Beast
So, I went back to the drawing board. I started looking at what other people were doing with Devil Dinosaur. I scoured some forums, watched some videos. Basically, I did my homework. I found some advice: keeping quinjet in hand, and cards that can help.
Then, I got lucky to get quinjet in my collection, I realized I needed more control. I swapped out some of the random card draw for cards that let me manipulate my deck or my opponent’s. I added things like, The Collector and so on.
Finding the Groove
This is where things started to click. The Collector gave me a solid turn-two play, something to build on while I filled my hand. The disruptive cards, like Cosmo, to keep my opponent from ruining my fun.
My deck now!
- The Collector
- Cosmo
- Quinjet
- …and some other powerful card.
It’s still not perfect, mind you. I’m still tweaking it, still learning. But it’s way more consistent now. I’m actually winning more than I’m losing, which is always a good feeling. And when that Devil Dinosaur hits the board with a full hand… oh boy, it’s a thing of beauty.
So, yeah, that’s my Devil Dinosaur journey so far. It’s been a process of trial and error, learning from my mistakes, and, you know, just having fun with it.
